RETURNS

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

*Return costs are covered by you.


Returns of certain types of goods are not allowed. Therefore, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers and magazines are not eligible for return. We also do not accept intimate and sanitary articles, hazardous materials and substances, or flammable liquids and gases.

Other items that are not eligible for return:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products

We require a receipt or proof of purchase for a return.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Books showing obvious signs of use
* Open CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes or vinyl records.
*Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for any reason unrelated to an error on our part.
*Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Refund (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email letting you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your return is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and your original credit card or payment method will be automatically credited within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please double check your bank account first.


Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are eligible for return. Unfortunately, sales or promotional items are not.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace products that are initially faulty or damaged. If you would like to exchange yours for the same item, please send us an email to  contact.pinauto@gmail.com  .

And send us your item at your expense if it has size problem.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once we receive your returned item, your gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver sent her an order with the intention of forwarding it to you later, we will send her a refund and she will therefore know that you returned her gift.


Shipping costs for returning the item are your responsibility. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend using a tracked service or shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
